Venue: Boyd conservation area boasts picnic areas, bathroom facilities, ample space, a soccer pitch and playgrounds. https://trca.ca/parks/boyd-conservation-area/

Entry Cost: All VK15 events will be FREE or via charitible donation (see below), all visitors must pay to access the conservation area:
Adults (14+): $6.80
Senior (65+): $5.90
Youths (4-13): $4.60
Children under 3, with Family: FREE
All prices include HST, keep your reciept for in and out priveleges

Events:

Best in Show: Think you’ve got the BEST car at the event? This will be a top dawg style award, accompanied by a custom built, one off trophy. This year, EVERY car will be automatically eligible for this best in show award. Judging will take place in the early afternoon, so as long as your car is parked in the event between 1pm and 2pm – you could win! Note: judges will be evaluating only the top cars, we are unfortunatley not able to judge every car on site.

Limbo: Back for a third year, we’ll set the bar and see who is the lowest of the low. Cars must move under their own power under the bar to qualify as a clean pass. Lowest car takes home a Fresh trophy. This event will be day of registration. Cost $10. All proceeds to the John DiBattista Foundation to help end cancer.

Poke ‘N Go Swap meet: Empty out your garage and your stock parts, old wheels, and whatever you need to get rid of. Feel free to display your wares in your parking spot once you are in the event. This event will not require registration (private sellers only please, no vendors).

Scavenger Hunt: A new twist on an old event. Pick up your entry form and map at the Vagkraft booth. Find the VW parts hidden within the conservation area and turn in your entry form before 1pm. All correct entries will be entered into a draw for a CASH PRIZE.

Trophies: Check out our social media for an upcoming sneak peak of our NEW 2022 trophies. Special FRESH/Vagkraft trophy plates will also be awarded.

Swag: As usual, we have your swag needs covered. Special edition shirts, and stickers, and very limited edition Vagkraft shirts, plates and more will be available. This is a BIG year for us, so watch out for some special VK XV swag on our social channels.

Vendors: We’ll also have our generous vendors and sponsors on site all day as well. Check out what’s new and chat to our friends from local shops.

Food: Food and drinks will be available (food trucks and vendors).

Music: Returning for a 14th!!! year, DJ Dwight will keep the beats flowing all day.

Bathrooms: On site!! No roughin’ it.

Schedule (subject to change):
10AM – gates open for all cars and events
1PM – Deadline for scavenger hunt entries and Best in Show judging.
2PM – Awards presentation
3PM – 5PM – Roll out and wind down
